I think that if enough people beg her for something from the HP world she might give in, also she said her self that those books were like her 'babies' and even she might be pursuaded to do a little something...maybe a more in depth look on what happend after everything....but it is of course more likely that she will keep true to what she said about their not being anymore HP books...
  • I doubt it, seriously. I think she finished Harry's Story (though it'd be cool to see a story about his kids). As for her continuing to write in general, well, we can only hope, but she's raised the bar so high, I doubt she could hurdle it. I'm sure she's reveling in the pressure being off! And she sure doesn't need to, she's about as set for life as a person can be!

Whenever someone mentions "the ultimate success story" (no pun intended) JK always comes to mind first and foremost.

From what I hear, JKR owns the characters, but the world itself belongs to her publisher. Something to do with a her hinky first contract. So, theoretically, there could be books about Hufflepuffs, Ravenclaws, or Slytherins, and their respective adventures.

Personally, what I would like to see, is JKR do a series of prequels. For example, a big book about the founding of Hogwarts by the original four, and the *real* reason why Salazar Slytherin left the school (I don't buy the pureblood story for an instant).

Or, perhaps a story of The Marauders, and their respective adventures, beginning with Remus and Peter entering the carriage the moment after Lily and Severus leave it.

Or better yet, a story of Hogwarts School, told from the perspective of the teachers! After all, we have yetr to see the staff quarters at the school, something tells me there's quite a story there.

So much has yet to be covered, if would be a shame if nothing more would be written.
    • She definitely created a world with endless possibilities for stories. No doubt about that!

Personally, I'd like to see a story about Young Dumbledore and his adventures with Young Grindewald. I'd also like to learn more about what happened to Arianna and the breakdown of his family.
